.The process begins with the purchase of a lot for you future home. The second step is you working with your contractor to design your home and complete the covenant checklist. The third step is presenting professional site/home drawings and covenant checklist to be approved by the LEDC Board. Step four is LEDC Board approval of your home plans and covenant checklist. Following LEDC approval, step five is you and your contractor applying to the City of Larchwood for a building permit for City Council approval. With City Council approval, your home construction may begin.
